I´m not really sure about this but I read on a website that the significator of the quesited is the ruler of the DC. It´s not 100 % true right?
I have this very important horary question, about my home, if someone special will move in for a while. If this is a 4hs question then ruler of the 4 hs is square (orb 6deg) the querent´s significator. But DC ruler is not in contact with 4hs ruler or querent.
Sun and querent´s ruler are in via combusta... Querent´s ruler, sun and mars all in 6hs, ruler of DC in 9hs. So which one is the quesited´s ruler the DC or the question?
Is the answer a NO?

Hello Gweny, what you read in the internet is not correct. It would be only correct when you ask about a relationship.
The Ascendant of the Chart is YOU, as well as the Moon who is used as co-ruler. Moon has different roles in horary. It is also used as a timing device-
The quisited's house depends totally on the question asked. If you ask about your child (like in "will my son apologize to me") then the quisited is the ruler of the 5th house. If you ask if your ring will be found, than the quisited is the ruler of the second (because it is the house of your possessions) and if you want to know about a job, then the quisited is the 10th house ruler.
Now your question is (I believe) about another person and you want to know if he (Is it a he?) will move in with you. In this case we have to know who "he" is. Is it your friend (then quisited is 11th house) is it your boyfriend, then it is the 7th house, is it your father, then it is the 4th house ruler and the Sun (for a middle aged man), your mother, the 10th house.
OK, lets say it is your boyfriend, then you look for an applying aspect between his signifier and your 4th house ruler (yes, 4th is the home). You can also double check by seeing if he is going to aspect your signifier, or the Moon.
This section is all about horary technique. If you want an answer to your question, I suggest you post your question in the horary Forum concerning with relationships, upload the chart for this question and try to give your own interpretation on it, as good as you can, no matter how limited.
These are our forum rules. You can read about them in the Horary STICKY written by Arian Maverick. There are also some good tutoring links.
Good luck,

Thanks starlink, that was a good answer, thanks also to AG for her very good information on horary :)
I´m trying to learn myself and figure it out. The question was about if somebody would come to visit me and perhaps stay for a while. But of course I had a special somebody (11hs person) on my mind. The primary question is a 4hs matter.

Hi Gwen, in a question like this, it is always better to ask more precise, like:
Will my friend come and stay with me for a while? Or will my boyfriend come, or will my mother come etc.
It will be so much easier to figure out which house to use. If you just say "this person" or " a special somebody" than we dont know anything really!
Cheers, Starlink

The more I read the less I know. I will not be able to figure out the answer myself. There are no definite no-signs, like late or early Asc, moon voc or evil saturn aspects.
Maybe I´ll try posting the chart later.... When does it get "old" ?
Cheers!
