Having mars as debility planet in the cancer which lies in my 10th house and it's debility is cancelled by its lord moon placed in capricorn and aspects it.
both mars and moon are the strongest planet in my chart.

Does it means mars debility is cancelled?.

Does the combination of mars and moon in the 10th house help me in getting a job in computer related field?.

WHEN does this combination fruitify to get me a job?.

Any other important yogas in my chart?.

I don't think anything in astrology is every subtracted (canceled) by other things in the chart. I think all things in the chart are added (combined) together to get the result. So Mars is BOTH challenged by being in Cancer (Mars in sign of its detriment) AND made easier by being in the 10th house (Mars in house of its exaltation). *
