Progressed MC Mars Aspect

Hello,

My sister married with progressed MC closely parallel natal Mars. Have you noticed that MC Mars aspects are in effect when a woman marries? COSI doesn't list it as a marriage aspect but since Mars is the husband and the MC is status, I'd think it would be.

Sounds ok to me, but there are lots of things suggesting marriage not just this one
