Who was outside across the pond last night? Peeping tom?

Are they a danger?

I was outside on the 2nd floor patio, and noticed a white dressed figure across the pond. It's a very isolated part of the complex, and it was definitely a person, not talking or moving.
Then I read about 2 murders of college women in this town.
(they have one suspect in jail now).
A third women said TWO men tried to force themselves in on her, but eventually left.
I can't load the chart, my Photobucket isn't working...so I'd appreciate any help, I was creeped out big time. :/

Just an update...Outside by the pond walking dog, and heard some guy saying "Hey come here, come here" a couple times...Sounded like he was on a balcony. I ignored it and walked quicker. Thank god I have a mean looking german shep.

This chart worries me a bit but I'm not exactly declaring you "in danger" either.

Let's see. Taurus risies so you are signified by Venus at Aquarius 18:16 in the 10th house. Venus is received by Saturn Rx (natural malefic, ruler of 9th and 10th) by sign and triplicity and Mercury Rx (natural significator of immediate environments and rumours, ruler of 2nd and 5th) by term. Mars is essentially peregrine but has medium accidental dignity by being in the 2nd house.

Regarding your question "who is the peeper?", I don't know if I can answer. You gotta take all these placements of Mars and see if it rings a bell. I can comment on two things though:

Mars also rules the 12th house. This is the house of delusions or secerts. Maybe you were just imagining (although I doubt that) or this person is also someone who has to do with a secret of yours.

Mars is in your 2nd house. The person could be interested in your money or something of value that you possess. I don't know he was a thief though. What thief wears white when they go to rob someone? In fact, what criminal would do that?!

Venus is almost exactly sonjunct Neptune, the planet of dellusions and also deception. Whatever this means, it increases the possiblity of having the peeper also represent the 12th house.

Regarding your question "are they dangerous"? Well, I don't know a way to answer that except by looking to an application between Venus and Mars. Venus is casting a trine to Mars showing a yes answer, but for your benefit, the Moon will frustrate them and perfect a conjunction with Venus and a trine with Mars before these two come close, which stops the "yes" from taking place. The danger is not completely clear though, because as the Moon separates from Venus and applies to Mars it will be translating their lights, i.e. offering a medium for danger to reoccur.

The Moon is co-significator of the question and rules the 3rd house. I don't know what that means, maybe you can give me a clue because what or whom the Moon signifies here is key.

An interesting thing though is that Venus is the one casting the frustrated trine and then the Moon moves from Venus to Mars. I'm inlined to think that you got yourself into this trouble somehow. Either you know the peeper and got yourself in trouble with him or you were not supposed to be out at that time or *something*. What saved you had nothing to do with you. Well I definitely don't know anyone in this area, I'm away from home at my sisters(Moon ruling 3H?) I haven't interacted with any neighbors, but when she was moving in back in Feb, some nasty dudes were hanging out their windows staring at us unloading boxes. It's not a bad part of town..but that was annoying. She wont be back here until Tues.

I don't know why that person was down there, maybe they were high & just staring at the water...There aren't any street lamps, benches, etc. to make it appealing.

Would I look at the 4th from the 3rd so signify a siblings home?
So hers would be the 6H, Ruled by Venus? Could Venus conj. Neptune symbolize the watery/marshy enviroment?

Well missy, I have no insights for you but I'm concerned. I hope if you do again sense his presence you will call the po-lice. Of course that's ultimately up to you but in the light of Scorpio on desc. and how Scorpio is associated with things not well understood/dark & smaller bodies of water... Take it easy but stay safe!! I hope I've not worried you but I know I'll be thinking about this until it seems to have blown over. Sorry! I know it's not really my business 8) :)

Oh. So that Venus also represents your sister's home. And the 12th is her turned 10th.

I don't know though. The placements are still what they are, frustrated application.. possible translation of light.

Is it possible that your are nervous when you are in new surroundings and sort of exaggerated what were actually a person walking byor something? That would explain the 12th house and Neptune emphasis. It still won't explain the rest though.

Oh my god ..I am mental!!!

I looked out again, and can see it's one of those big green electricity boxes...The lights from the apartments a couple buildings down bounce off the front of it...making a certain part of it look white.
Transfer of light indeed!!
