What is the difference between having the moon and sun void of course in a horary chart?
Is it generally the same thing...things will remain the same for a while?

Ahhh good question
Moon is not void when it is 12.5 degrees aspecting a planet regardless where the planet is at.
When a planet is void, it means that dont expect action out of the planet.
Do you have a chart?
cheers

No chart just curious because I see sun in void sometimes in charts.
I don't know what frawley or lily say about it.

ohh boy you are asking good questions
Right now....
technically speaking... Sun is NOT void.
let's say we remove Moon, i am just pondering. The closest aspect from the sun is to Jupiter... but merc reaches jupiter before sun does
it is all about orbs here
Moon ///tricky one.. Starlink and I were talking about this via PM.
Moon cannot be considered void because she was sextiling Sun even though Sun went into a different sign before Moon reached it in Libra.
Void of Course When planets no aspect It noticed chiefly in regard to the Moon in horary questions It usually shows that nothing will come of the matter in question It often shows that the question is not radical <a href="<A href="http://books.google.com/books?id=tyASAAAAYAAJ&dq=void%20significator%20horary&pg=PR28&ci=84,1289,843,61&source=bookclip">The">http://books.google.com/books?id=tyASAAAAYAAJ&dq=void%20significator%20horary&pg=PR28&ci=84,1289,843,61&source=bookclip">The Elements of Astrology By Luke Dennis Broughton
i know i am not much of help here

In some particular electional charts having nothing come of the matter can be a positive effect, if for instance the the likelyhood if something did happen it would not be a good thing.

In an horary chart the Moon is the only planet considered Void of Course.
In natal and progressed charts, there is a Void of Course Planet. There's no relationship between a Void of Course Moon in an horary chart and a Void of Course Planet in a natal/progressed chart.
