Past life question

I feel that my past lives have been really traumatic... I've felt even from a pretty young age that they were relivant in some way to everything I do. The problem is, though I try, I can't remember who I was or what I did at all.

Is there anyway that I can figure this out? I think it would be helpful in my quest to understand what I'm supposed to do with my life... since I just turned eighteen.

Lennon, I'm a year younger than you and I have the same dilemma! I feel a connection with certain countries and periods of history, but no matter how many Google searches I do in an attempt to jumpstart my memory, I simply cannot recall any scenes from a past life...

Yeah. It's difficult. I've tried following techniques for past life regression... but it's like running into a brick wall repeatidly. You feel like... "hey, I should know this"... and yet, you're a fish in a net bouncing around. It's just not coming about...
