Is the chart absolutely unreadable in this case?

Saturn in the 7th, when Saturn is a significator and the question is a 7th house question, isn't a prohibitor.

You could read the chart anyhow, even if it weren't; in this case, if Saturn WASN'T a significator you could take it as a warning to proceed cautiously.

But in your case, read away.
