Moving for college, Connection with Solar Return Chart.

I cast a chart for the question: "Will I move to a different city in 2009?"
I'm applying to art colleges right now, and they are spread out across the country. I should be starting in the Spring semester if everything goes well and I get accepted somewhere :D.

Anyhow, What threw me off first about this chart is that the Horary's ASC and my Solar Return ASC are conjunct VERY closely. (Horary= 18 Scorpio 26, SR= 18 Scorpio 08) It was as if the Horary was telling me to look at the other chart, lol.

The Horary in itself is a strange chart for moving. It looks like a huge "No" to me with all the planets in the 12th house. With the ASC in Scorpio my ruler, Mars, is also in the 12th house of imprisonment. It sextiles Pluto and Trines Neptune, which kind of contradictics the moon aspects.

The moon is on the horary ASC but it is on the 12th house side of it. It makes good aspects to Jupiter and Uranus, but squares neptune... Meanings I'm deluding myself? Or that I will be disappointed if the rest of tthe chart points to moving.

Maybe the general mood (moon) is that I'm deluding myself (Mom doesn't think I'm really putting in effort, neither does my grandfather) But the actions (mars) I take will counter that, (I am putting a lot of hard work into my portfolio/essays.)

Uranus is in the fourth house, so that seems to point to yes, but not as good of a yes as Jupiter would be.. right?

As for the connection between the charts, maybe someone could help me shed a light on it. They are similar charts. In the SR Venus and Mars are in the 12th house. Mercury and the Sun are in the 11th house, just like in the horary. Uranus is also in the 4th house in the SR.

If Anyone could help me with the connection between charts that would be wonderful!!! Or if you saw that I misinterpreted something in the Horary itself I'll be grateful!

Are you applying to any colleges in your own town, lucir? The horary seems to indicate that you will actually be doing college 'at home'; the 9th significator, the Moon, is right on the Ascendant, and is void of course to boot. It would appear you're not going anywhere.

No, I'm not applying to any colleges in the area because there are no art schools. I could apply to Ringling, but I'd have to wait until fall 09 to go, and I'd like to get started as soon as possible. Not to mention, I love to travel, go different places, so I think getting out of Orlando would be great for me, especially since there is no art scene here whatsoever. I do have a few non-academic reasons... And they are not positive. (Getting away from certain family members, and ex's...)

(I'm not very knowledgable on horary, so don't see this as an attack, I'm just trying to learn, and see all possibilities/angles of the question)

Well, it could. It depends on what you're actually asking. It appeared that you were asking about colleges...but what you're really asking is whether you'll be able to travel and get the Sam Hill out of Orlando, yes?

The 9th, however, isn't about 'making a new home for oneself': that's 4th house. The 9th house would be about travel, for the sake of travel and for the experience it brings.

Mars is in late degrees, and, as you put it, is 'imprisoned'. Late degrees on a planet show someone who is at the 'end of their rope', which it sounds like you are.

I wouldn't put much energy into the outer planets; the main focus should be on the first seven...but the applying trine to Uranus might indicate that your main concern is a sort of rebellion against your roots (the 4th house = your family), and this is where your angst (Moon in fall) comes from.

Being that the Moon is void, I would say that it will be very difficult for you to make your escape, but being that the Moon sits right on the Ascendant, you perhaps will find the emotional impetus to make it happen.
