I am trying to connect transits, progressions, and solar arcs for prediction and having some trouble in seeing connections. Can any one offer advise on how to proceed....do you start with looking at transits? or go straight to the progressions then use solar arc for backup. I am seeing a mishmash of various things that do not make a lot of sense or connection. First, when you use a biwheel do you defer to the natal houses for interpretation that is if neptune is natally in the 7th but by solar arc has moved to look like it is in the 9th natal do you interpret as a ninth house contact? or a 7th? Should you see the same planets forming contacts in both progressions, solar arcs and transits? If anyone has an order or process they can share that would be great...
I get these little lulls in my learning curve:)

Cassanra,
My small piece of advice to contribute is this:
I use the natal chart as "the framework", and see how everything else "fits in" to that. You have to have some kind of foundation to work from.
And, yes, personally, that is how I have been doing the solar arcs - whatever house and sign they are in by solar arc is how I interpret them. So if Mercury is natally in Libra in the 7th, and it is in the 9th in Sagittarius by solar arc, then I treat it as having a 9th house/Sag effect. But, as in progressions, this does not negate the original Mercury in Libra in the 7th, but adds the extra "flavor" of Mercury in Sag in the 9th.
And, also, the more "layers" that hit by conjunction, the more powerful it becomes. For instance, Progressed Moon hits natal Mars at 10 Virgo, and Solar arc Venus hits that degree, too, and transiting Saturn is sitting on it all..... you get the drift.;)
