Hi
When asking a question about some else, such as "is A alright?" which house should represent them? This question has nothing to do with the person asking the question though, so I guessed quesitted should be the Ascendant. Then again, if I'm asking about my friend, should I be looking to the 11th house to see how they are? And then go to their 6th ect?
Thank you for help!

If A is your friend then yes... it is the 11th H. Then you count (counter- clockwise) 6 Hs from the 11H and yes that is the radical 6thH and should be helpful on your friends health. Of course just looking at the 11th H would say as to how your friends well-being is also because that is your friend's radical 1st H. The 1st H would tell of their health, but the 6th H is going to tell about body parts of sickness. V/r LionKing

Thank you for replying Lionking. Yes I was thinking of 6th for health. I'd love to learn what planets represent different medical things.
So I'll look to 6th and 1st (the 11th and turned 6th) for the general all over health of my friend.
Much appreciated again!

6th should actually be used for illness as opposed to health, if you see what I mean. As LionKing mentioned, the condition of the person's significator is a good indicator of general well-being; any planets afflicting that significator (along with the ruler of the 6th) could signify if something is 'wrong'.

Yes I see what you mean AG, thanks for your help. If Saturn was afflicting the signifacator by trine or square that may mean something is wrong..?

It could be. It depends on Saturn's condition and whether it's a trine or square, of course, and receptions. The house Saturn rules could also indicate the general area of malaise.
