Validity time for the answer

What is the validity time for the answer to a question, whether positve or negative. For example if there is a question on job search and the answer is "not prospective" for how long this is applicable. Can he ask the same question again after sometime.
Similarly in another chart, when a "no marriage" signal is shown ,will he remain unmarried for ever ?

It is said that the validity time for a horary is about 3 month. I dont know who invented this, whether it was William Lilly himself or others, but this is what is commonly known.

I read, it is 6 months. You may only ask the same question again if circumstances have changed significantly(regarding question). Otherwise the original chart stands -- and I stand by it.
