Is it possible to create a chart for WWII? From what little I have learned it seems time plays an important role. In using Mundane Astrology for this type of event would you single out a specific event or focus on an individual for example Hitler?

Mundane Astrology is different from natal in that there are usually many charts to deal with. With WWII you could have a chart for the time Germany began its invasion of Poland, or when UK declared war on Germany or for the USA when Japan attacked the naval base at Pearl Harbor. However, Japan had been at war with China and other countries before that time.

Also in Mundane, charts for the Cardinal ingresses and new and full Moons are important. Then there are charts for when kings, presidents, dictators, popes, etc. come to power or are installed. As you can see it becomes complex and is a long study. As in all of astrology, once you have the science down, you still must practice with many charts to develop the art. But do not be discouraged, it comes with repitition.
