I think this is a simple 'yes', Tik. Moon applies to Saturn by sextile...moon will then sextile Sun, 3rd ruler. Moon trines Ascendant, generally a favourable aspect. Moon then sextiles Jupiter, 10th ruler. I wouldn't worry so much about receptions in this one, since the question is straightforward. Moon then sextiles Jupiter, 10th ruler. The only thing I'd be aware of is that Jupiter, 10th ruler, is stationing and getting ready to go direct again, so there might be a few negotiations before things move ahead.

It depends on what sort of hurry you are in for the contact to happen! The Moon is 5 degrees from Saturn, but two degrees from the Ascendant. The Moon is in a fixed sign and a succedent house, which I would interpret as 'medium time-frame'. So what's your time frame? Days? Weeks? Minutes?
