Rulership of San Diego

Hello, I'm new to this forum and have a rulership question that is not answered in The Rulership Book by Rex Bills. I'm trying to find what rules San Diego, California. Does anyone on this forum know the answer or know where I can find it? Thanks for any help - Roberta

I am not sure if I understand your question.What, you are in some town and want to move to San Diego, California? If that is the case, then 7 house ruler represent San Diego.

no, not to move, but to adjust my solar return. would the seventh house apply in that case as well? i thought it would be a good idea to also check how the ruler of san diego is aspecting the significator. thanks very much! :)

When you cast the chart for solor return you do it for latitude and longitude for town where you will be the most of time in that year. And than you look for aspects between natal and solar planets. In that chart ruler of 9 house and planets in it, tells you how you will corespond with distant town or countries in that year.

hello, fensi88 - i believe it's where you are at the moment of the solar return that counts - after all, it's an event chart - and cast a horary to see if san diego was the best place for me to be. i frequently travel to improve my solar return. but in this case i was uncertain whether to use the 7th or the 9th to represent san diego and thought it would be useful to know the city's rulership to cast light on the situation. thanks so much for your feedback, all of you! :D

In horary, place where are you now is represent by 1H ruler and second town where you want to go is represent by 7H ruler.
