Who attacked first, Georgia or Russia?

I was reading an article about this whole situation when it occured to me to cast an horary chart inquiring who really started this debacle. On most of the mainstream media there seems to be a distinct anti-russian agenda going on, however on most alternative news outlets there seems to be a more reasonable sounding, balanced account of what happened, although I suspect that the veracity of most alternative news outlets is often heavily compromised by a distinct lack of objectivity. (Not saying the main stream media is much different!) Anyhow I am more interested in really knowing what happened, so...heres the chart

I am a bit confused as to how to properly interpret this chart. Although I found it fitting that the moon was posited in the 9th house, on top of that in pisces. I also see that the moon is making an opposition aspect to mars, I'm not quite sure if that particular observation is pertinent to the question itself though. Anyways, anyone want to give this a shot?

-It occured to me that perhaps I asked the question in the wrong way, is the way this particular question is formatted appropriate for doing an horary chart?

Hello Pellagic, I think the chart is OK, as long as you asked it at the moment this question poppod into your head. Thing is, did you take Georgia as Ascendant and Russia as his opponent?
The better question would have been: did Georgia attack first?, then take Georgia as the Ascendant, or Did Russia attack first? and take Russia on the Asc.

From what I heard it was Georgia who provoked Russia, not maybe really starting the war, but certainly provoking it, then Russia immediately took action. So maybe we should ask "who started the conflict first" or "Did Georgia started the conflict first?"

As others wrote you should make the subject of your question specific. Do not use words like who. Then if you cannot identify a significator from the various houses, use the first house as the subject. In this situation most of what we are hearing is propaganda; the most reliable sources say, as Tikana wrote, that Georgia attacked first.

But not to waste this chart, for mundane questions nations have been given signs, and these can be used to find significators. Georgia is Taurus/Venus, Russia is Aquarius/Saturn, USA is Gemini/Mercury, Uk & Germany are Aries, and France is Leo/Sun. Also propaganda is the 3rd house/Virgo/Mercury in this chart.

Looking at the chart, Saturn, Mercury and Venus are found together in the third house with Mercury/US very close to Venus/Geo. Mars does not want anything to do with this war and is about to leave the sign. The Sun/Fr. in another house and having nothing to do with it. This seems to indicate that the USA/Bush/Neocons are backing Georgia and have armed them, and the Russians are taking the opportunity to destroy as much of this equipment as they can to send a message to Bush to stay out. Bush has to cover up that he has again thrown large sums of money away on another debacle.

If the truth can be found, this is shown by the 9th house ruled by Jupiter. A weak Jupiter is making trine aspects to the three main significators indicating that if you look carefully at news sources you can find the truth.
