Partial Eclipse in Aquarius, 24 degrees

Hi!

Just realized tonight's partial full moon eclipse in Aquarius at 24 degrees falls in the my 6th house, which is also at 24 degrees in my natal chart! I'm a triple Cancer, SUN, MOON, and VENUS(in the 10th house)- and I've been feeling very anxious about a potential life changing career opportunity I should be hearing about soon. Does the 24 degree conjunction have any particular significance- especially as it peratins to my 6th house? I really want this professional opportunity to pull through! Could this eclipse have the power to push my working situation in the right direction...?

Mine natal moon is in Aquarius in 7th, and this eclipse takes place in my 8th house. I just now nearly had a breakdown over seeing long time love of mine, and wishing to drown and start over again without him in my life... 8th house alright
mighty feelings these eclipse provoked in my soul, but regarding your question, I am not sure eclipses have the power to trigger events to such extent. have no clue actually. wishing someone esle to bump into this thread and enlighten us ;) [i am manic at the moment]

So, Joey, are you saying that you have planets that will be conjunct the eclipses 24 degree in aquarious or opposition. I did not see it from what you said. If so , I do not think eclipses with out that exact (with in 2/3 degrees) contact will be as significant. It may imply a change in your perspective on your daily work habits or health. I noted that when we had the solar I felt substantially affected and sort of waiting to see the outcome which I believe from my reading, has some delay (until another planet crosses its aspect) but the crisis (internal or external) may happen the 24 hours around the eclipse.

Hi, when an ecliples falls in the 6th h relates to job, schedules, pets exercise regimes, these things usually come to focus. This house relates to Mercury. Look @ your natal chart & see if it fell w/in 3 degrees conj or opposite a natal planet. If conj a natal planet then that planet becomes the lord of the eclipse.

Hermetic - I believe that traditionally full moons are about relationships.

I think the aspects today are very interesting. One of the simplest charts I can remember. Basically:
- a full moon oppostion with Neptune, Chiron and North Node conjunct the moon.
- a wide aspect T-square between Mars, Uranus and Pluto.
- a trine between Jupiter and Saturn/Mercury/Venus.
- add in a trine from the Sun to Mars.

I was born about an hour before a partial solar eclipse back in Aug 1971! Consequently I have Moon 26Leo and Sun 27Leo. Add to that Venus at 25Leo. So this eclipse has a lot of contact to them, as well as my Jupiter at 27Sco.

Additionally Mars is conjunct my natal Pluto (which are both square today's Pluto).

And with my midheaven at 13Cap, Jupiter is very close to conjunct along with the transiting planets that trine it.

A little confused by that post. Are we looking at the Sun or Moon? Obviously in this case one is in the 6th and the other in the 12th house.

I have 25deg sun in aquarius 4th house my 5th starts at 29deg, could this affect my 5th also?
and is the lord of my eclips the sun then,, as tootsie had said?
my parner has 24 deg venus in 8th house, does that mean he would bump into some old g.friend he wishes he rather be with:confused: ?

I haven't found eclipses to be of any use other than Mundane.
It it always some other aspect that sets off the chart than
the actual eclipse it seems to me...but I could be wrong...
it just seems that way. :confused:

i dont think it will necessarily mean that your man will run into some ex....maybe it will have to do something money wise (dont forget its also in the 8th house of other peoples money.) this eclipse was conjunct my venus as well, and it hit me money wise....(my natal venus aspects jupiter in the 2nd.) so maybe he will see some money from somewhere...His mother maybe? venus in 8th house natally, sometimes symbolizes inheritance from mother.

you said this eclipse has drained you....just to let you know, a benefit of the eclipse is, its the best time to get rid of something that you have been wanting to get rid of (even subconsciously.) like a couple years ago i was engaged to someone who had drained me of my money, and the eclipse was hitting my 7th house and some 2nd house stuff too...and i had never mentioned out loud i didnt want him anymore..i had it all buried inside me..and the eclipse set everything off and bam i left just like that....and i was sooo releived....
another eclipse one time was hitting my 11th house ruler, and i finally cut myself off from some bad crowd i thought were "my friends."

Must admit I'm feeling quite refreshed by the eclipse. Have found and a bit of focus, energy and ambition that was missing recently. Then again I had a few other transits active on Saturday that might easily account for all this; and today is a Sun con Venus so it's be lovely :)

To interpret an eclipse for a mundane chart, set the location for the capital of whatever country is of interest. Then follow the rules of mundane chart delineation which involves special meanings for the houses that I cannot give here. The lord of the eclipse is the domicile ruler of the sign in which it occures. For this one, it is Saturn in Virgo and with Mercury and Venus. The house position is important for both the eclipse and the eclipse lord. A further complication in this case is Neptune within 2 degrees of the moon: This makes it a secondary lord of the eclipse. An eclipse near the ascending node is considered to be favorable if not otherwise afflicted.

This lunar eclipse occured in the same degrees of Aquarius where the Moon was located on 4 July 1776; thus it may have considerable effect on the USA, but also countries that have the signs of Aquarius or Virgo. Eclipses may not be activated immediately, but when other planets transit the degree. They have a life span for which various rules have been written, but those in fixed signs persist the longest--at least until the next eclipse.

In your natal chart the effect of the eclipse will be in the corresponding natal house. But you will also have to consider the natal location of Saturn, Mercury, Venus and Neptune in this case. If the eclipse falls on a natal planet, it will have consequences relating to that planet. If a benefic in good condition then expect a very favorable outcome.

This eclipse is in the same degree as my natal Jupiter in the natal 9th house. Although I am not planning any long journeys or university studies, this should be a very favorable transit which I will follow closely and may report back on it. Im pretty sure there is no inheritance comming in, no one elses money either.
he has enough of his own and is renavating his home should be in it soon.
maybe it could be a relavation of some sort?

for me in my 4th.. my daughter is so messy and disrespectfull to my clean house and wishes of staying out of my room ( i keep chocolate there)lol

thats the only thing i can connect with the 4th and it affects the 5th being my daughter to hey.
the draining Inside Out Orange is i guess not related to the eclips then its my studing and keeping house errands children trying to get fitter and eat right, dream all night long, im so tired when i wake up.

but the eclips is in aquarius so it should have something to do with independance, humanity, freedom,... oh hahah i just thought of a connection
I came home and told the children whom are adults and nearly adults they can cook dinner for themselves and ill just buy the food, i dont want to be bothered for any meanial housework while im studying...
I sort of implyed theyre on there own for a few hours sort out matters themselves... thats freedom hey... and 4th house issues and yeah something that has been onthe cards for a while now, but i totally laid down the law.

Regarding this Eclipse,
I just read that Ms. Ellen Degeneres married Ms. Portia De Rossi Aug. 16, in LA, with the ceremony starting around 4pm. local time, very near to the eclipse.

I've read a few sources that say not to start anything big around the time of an eclipse, and have a personal experience that would tend to support that.
We'll see if the maxim holds true in this case, but I wish them all the best anyway...

universal.... I love those too , i wish them all the love aqnd happiness they can hold... I wonder for astrological reasons if there relationship will change now that they are married?
Like some peole are great at liveing together but when they tie the knot it all goes south.. i hope it doesnt for them but id like to see there new relationship chart or marriage chart i should say.

by the way i know this is not the subject, if anyone would like to do this in the celebraity area, that would be cool, i dont know the dates and times.
