aspects & house placement

Hi All, I did this chart today & one of the signf was on the cusp of the 12th house, so one could say that it is in the 12th? Also, not sure exactly what the meaning of a signf in the 12th? Then, the moon was in critical & late degrees. That would seem that the situation is about to change dramatically?

Hi tootsie,

As usual, it depends on the question. Significators placed in the 12th can indicate all sorts of things: that they are powerless to do something (the 12th is a weak house); that they are doing something in secret; that something has already happened to them but they don't yet know about it (in the case of pregnancy and diseases and such, for example)...it just depends. It's not a particularly good placement.

As for the Moon being in late degrees, again, it depends on the question! It can signify change; it can signify, depending on whether the Moon is in dignity or fall, whether or not something can still be brought about; in critical degrees there is often a change or a crisis impending, some sort of pressure. It depends on the sign, house placement, and applying/separating aspects. Planets don't exist in a vacuum (well, scientifically speaking, they do, but we're talking about on a horary chart:D ), so what a planet is or isn't doing is sort of relative and connected to what all the other planets are doing, too.

Hi AG, It was about getting a job I like. Lately I've turned hunting for a job into a profession. The Moon was in the 5th house in aquaris. I'm Venus sitting in the 11th, 2 deg from the 12th h. She does have an applying trine to jupiter & an applying sextile to the mc. The moon is face and venus is fall. Maybe, today wasn't the best time to ask:rolleyes: By looking @ the chart I'm assuming it is a no. What do you think?
