Saturn on the ascendant, horary

Ran a chart with question related to a current situatuion. The question is when will the court order go through to the employer and money for the children come in". My interpretation is follows: Though mercury is the querant it does not aspect the planet I assumed were correct ones. As this is about others resources this would be mars and it does not contact. The ruler of the second, venus (my finances) does not connect to mercury so I looked to the moon. The moon does have an applying aspect the mars. Saturn conjuncts venus at the ascendent implies frustrations delays disappointments (which pretty much sums up what my expereince has been to this point) and implies losses to the second house. Since the moon is succedent and cardinal and two degrees from exact it implies a couple of weeks for time.The trine to mars is the last ptolmic aspect the moon makes. Saturn, mercury and venus stellium form trines to jupiter (ruler of 4th end of things and home and in the fifth children) indiicated a favorable outcome after delays. I looked to see when mercury and venus were in exact trine to jupiter and appears to be about the same...next week. which would correspond to the week of the moon/mars aspect. The separating opposition that mars makes to Uranus in the seventh describe the sudden and unexpectedness of the event and the fact that it involved my ex. The trine to Pluto might indicate some intense communication at the end of matters or in relation to the family. Nepture opposite the sun (in the 12th) in connection to pluto might indicate deception or confusion in relation to his job (we are having problems with his employer following a court order for child support due to its age). I kind of wondered whether he was being deceptive with me or if there were hidden information. I got confused when it came to dignities and debilities of the planets as to how it would affect the outcome. The moon is in detriment in cap. but mars is in its terms. Is this good or bad. Mercury is exalted in virgo but saturn is peregrine (I don't know what that means to the outcome either). Venus is in its triplicity, term and face so may be a good indication of good outcome? This is where I get kind of lost. The Moon is co-ruler of the 1st house and Moon will trine Mars in a little less then 2° which could be 2 weeks or month.

Venus has already left the conjunction to Saturn and Mercury, you, is about to trine Jupiter but Mercury, yes, has to pass by Saturn first which does imply obstacles.

No, Saturn will not form a trine to Jupiter. Jupiter is faster and already has passed the trine to Saturn, it lies in the past. Venus will indeed trine, as does Mercury, so not all is bad here because I take planets in the 1st house also as significators of you.

I would not look at Uranus, Neptune nor Pluto in this chart. If you think that your husband (or ex) is deceptive, than this could be seen by Jupiter, ruler of 7th being retrograde (keeping something back) or the Sun, another significator of men, ruling the 12th and being situated in the 12th. This could possibly mean that he is keeping something secret.
The moon is in detriment in cap. but mars is in its terms. Is this good or bad. The Moon shows your general emotional mood and your concern about the children. Mars, as ruler of the 8th could show that you are worrying, which you are and as ruler of the 3rd it could show that you are mentally at the end of your wits as Mars is VOC! (I dont count the square to Pluto although it can show mental turmoil concerning your family).

I think that the outcome will be positive in the end because of the Jupiter-Mercury trine. But because Mars is VOC (although in own term) and Moon is peregrine, that trine might not work out as beneficial, or things might not go as smoothly, as you would like to.
but saturn is peregrine Saturn does not really play a role here as quisited, but more as a co-ruler of yourself. It shows that you are feeling isolated in a way. it also is not a favorable sign and things usually happen with much delay and difficulties.
Also, your Venus is besieged, another sign that you feel stuck somehow and do not know what to do anymore (also not legally as Venus also rules the 9th).

WEll thank you. Between Anthony Louis' "Horary Astrology Plain and Simple" and reading every posting I can on this site in horary I have learned a lot. What is VOC? Is that via the combust? or something else? Via the combust would that not be mars in a libra degree(15+) His mother and my family contributed to the childrens school supplies and groceries as school just started. Might be the positive outcome with jupiter ruler of 4th and 7th? It will tide us over till the end of the month but will not resolve the final outcome of the situation. Which house would answer outcome on this? Would this be fourth from the 8th house (others resources)? Thank you so much for your response. I am still scratching my head over some things. Cassandra

just wanted to share an update on this horary which I find interesting....yesterday ( which would have been about a week since I posted this) I received a curious form letter from the child support division...I was perplexed. I called the office and found out the judge had signed the new order late last week, my attorney had sent it on to the office, they had sent it on to the employer.....and (here is the Saturn part) it would be another four to six weeks before everything was processed and I woudl start to receive the actual money. When I pulled up the chart I could not fathom how in mercury it would be resolved and in saturn also delayed...wha la.....horary magic:34:

Hello Cassadra, just have a minute to answer you. I have been away for 5 days on an exhibition and without internet access, that^s why you have not heard from me. Thanks very much for the feedback. so there you have it, a good ending but with a lot of "problem" = delays, like we could see in this horary chart.

VOC means Void of Course, which is usually used for the Moon as you might have read in the meantime. It just shows that that planet cannot do a thing, has no connections to any other planet anymore before moving into another sign. It shows general stagnation but with the hope of some sort of new beginning soon. Now, if the sign that planet goes into is favorable to him, then things can really get much better, but sometimes a planet goes from bad to worse, moving into a sign of his detriment or fall you see. Then that planet will not end up so happily. In your case it moves into his detriment unfortunately which can show that for a while longer things are not really going your way, but after that, mars will move into Scorpio and there he will be strong again.
I still have loads to do, everything has to be unpacked so I must let you go right now. But just wanted you to know that I was away.
