Job/ Career Horary, PLEASE look ?

Hi All!
Hoping you can have a look at this - I recently approached a company for a work situation, the owner was already about to make a decision on some caniddates, but decided to hold off until we get a chance to meet.

Question : Will I get this position?
ASC: Taurus 29
6th House: Libra
10th House: Aquarius

Ok, we know what is said about late ascendants, but this seems compelling anyway....

Significators for asc and 6th are BOTH Venus 5 deg Aquarius, which is approaching conjuct to MC, off by 11 minutes,and it is approaching a trine w/ Mars in the 1st, and a separating opposition w/ Saturn, which also happens to be the significator of the 10th, but retrograde. THAT part does not look so great.
Saturn is also backing up to trine NN, by 30 minutes, but I don't know if nodes are pertinent in horary.

Part of Fortune is in 6th, conjunct Spica.

Moon in Leo is approaching a square w/ Jupiter (retro) in 6th, and will oppose Neptune in 10th,and last aspect will be trine w/ Pluto in 7th.I know Pluto is cosidered maleific, but is it in all cases?

4th house, end of matter is Leo, and we have its Sun in 10th.

Perhaps I am just wishing too much for a positive outcome, but the chart seems all too radical, w/ the shared sigs for 6th, the separation w/ sig of the 10th (I am moving away from difficult career matters ?), plus other indicators has me hopeful.

Would you agree/ disagree ?

Listen, I used to feel the same way, but you know what? They don't really work. If you wanna interpret it, then the late ASC is telling you that you already know the answer. The one answer you have is that things are postponed until a meeting is held. And with Mercury Rx, this meeting will be even beyond expected. Besides, it's not good to reach an agreement under Mercury Rx.

The Heavens is working for your benefit. So just have some patience. Maybe After Mercury turns direct you'll get your answer.

Well, As far as knowing any answers, the fact that they are holding off making a decision until we get to meet is quite encouraging to me, I really feel strongly for this - there are so many details about the environment at this job that are precisely what I'm looking for in a situation.
I really feel as though I can flourish there!

My hopeful thinking very much wants to say YES!, but I worry that it is just that - hopeful thinking - and am reluctant to think that therein lies the answer. Coulg I just be taking a trip on all the excitement?



Question, though - could you tell me what you meant by having Mercury Rx means that the meeting will be beyond expectations?
And, I understand the meaning of not starting any ventures until Mercury moves forward, but this position will not actually begin until after the time it moves forward, even though any conversations about it will obviously have to take place before that.

Oops. I missed a word there. I meant to say "the meeting will be delayed beyond expected"

There's a Lunar eclipse on the 14th and a solar one on the 29th. Maybe you'll get some relevant information near those days.
