Hi,

In this case, Venus does interfere, because she is in fall; a benefic in fall is not very helpful, and can even bring problems.

Venus rules the 5th house in this chart...do you have children? Or are you pregnant or is there a chance of pregnancy? It seems that something along these grounds may prevent you from going. Your holiday (9th house) looks like it will be spent at home, since Saturn, 9th ruler, is in the 4th house.

I cast the chart in my astroprogram, Regiom. houses and get your ruler Moon on cusp of 7 house and ruler of 9 house, long trip ,Sa on cusp of 4 house. Because we have applaying aspect between Moon and ruler of 9 house I think you will go. Sa is in Moon's triplicity, Moon is in Sa' sign, so, I would not expect much problem. After all, all Moon's aspects are easy...
