I am not looking for a reading on this... I just want to know what Mars is doing in this horary and the terminology that is to be used.

The Querent is Mercury in the 1st and the Quested Jupiter in the 8th. They will perfect an opposition.... after Mercury aspects Mars. With Mercury applying to Mars and JupiterRX does that mean Mars is collecting light? Can Mercury aspect be continued to Jupiter via Mars? Or is this interference or frustration of some sort.... although Mercury is faster than Mars and will aspect Jupiter first. Oooh, just a thought could Mars represent something that Mercury will frustrate instead?

As for the Moon... Significator for the 3rd (communication) noting that pulling away from a square to Mars. Hmmm?? Since VOC for traditional, will use as applying to the Quested cusp instead.

Thanks for any interpretation of Mars there!

This is actually a form of prohibition. Mercury is faster than both Mars and Jupiter; Mercury wants to get to Jupiter, but gets to Mars first; so, to use a Frawley-like analogy, Betty (Mercury) wants to go to the dance with John (Jupiter), but decides to go with Mark (Mars) instead. The VOC moon won't help. :D

Whatever is prohibiting the transaction may have something to do with either work (maybe, too much work) or even illness: Mars rules the 6th house, and the Moon is in a very peregrine position there.

Ah, that fickle Betty!

Thanks AG, I went thru all the different interferences and couldn't make heads or tail of it.... Now, if I had known it was Mark all along ;)
