non-radical charts

Hey people

my friend has a hobby of throwing away charts with 1 sign of non-radicality

Saturn near asce
Asce - early / late
moon void
and etc

i think most charts are containing some sort of non-radical. I say read them all but what do you say?

I don't like to read a chart when Luna is Void or when the lord of the hour isn't compatible. Also, I'm uncomfortable reading a chart with Saturn in the Tenth...lessons learned. :)
