View Full Version : Chiron transits to natal venus
5th house moon

Hi forumites
Chiron is about to hit my natal venus (on the cusp of 7/8th house). Transiting venus will also conjunct my natal venus at almost the same time.
I've had some really difficult issues to contend with, regarding personal relationships and I wonder how these transits may 'play out'.
I have an intrinsic hold on Chiron and understand the general effects of venus in transit. I wonder if anyone could shed more light and indicate how the house placements/double whammy of both transiting planets may manifest?
Thanks for your help.

This means that Saturn is also aspecting your natal Venus because Saturn and Chiron are currently in an opposition to each other. One is probably the result of the other. The transit could be indicative of a parent /child relationship question because of Chiron's mythological relationship to Saturn. The transit also occurs between the parental sign, Leo, and the independent spirit of Aquarius. Saturn to Venus is often a reference to the strength, control, concern regarding love, values, material pleasures etc. Chiron could well refer to a healing effect through another person.
A lot depends upon aspects made to natal Venus, which will all be involved in this double transit.

Hi Frisiangal
Thanks for your response and for mentioning the Venus Saturn opposition. I had forgotten about that transit!
Saturn to Venus is often a reference to the strength, control, concern regarding love, values, material pleasures etc.
This makes so much sense. I feel I have been really tested in relationships recently. As a result, my values have been reinforced and I have learnt to be a little kinder to myself and not tolerate any emotional abuse at the hands of others. I have definitely strengthened in this regard.

This too, is very interesting. My relationship with my mother has become very strained during this time.
Thanks for your insights.
In happiness,
Cheers
