Hi everyone

I've just been offered a new accomodation by an old work associate. My current home has various problems, we have a infestation of worm things, its next to a busy highway so never any peace. The new home is in a wonderful location, peaceful, green.

So I asked "will I move to the new house"?

I'm Venus
Current home - Saturn
New home - Mars

Mars is changing shortly into Virgo, where it receives Venus by triplicity and fall. Saturn/current home is in Virgo, receiving Venus/me by trip/fall also.

Mars will conjunct Saturn. Not sure what this means, but I never am! I'd guess the New Home/Mars is coming to my current home.

Moon will sextile Mars in 12 or 13 degrees.
Regulus exactly conjuncts Mars.
So maybe it would be mixed blessings, really excellent house with Mars conjunct regulus, and recieving Venus by triplicity, but in some way also not so good by being in Venus' fall. Perhaps there is no parking, or I'd have to sell the car... But both homes are no good for me anyway, both in Virgo, so I'm wondering which one is better. I would guess Mars because of the Regulus conjunction.

Many thanks for looking:)

Hello Neptune! Let me also have a peek at this. You are Venus, your recent home is Saturn and your next home would be the 7th house cusp ruled by Mars as you mentioned above. So we actually only have to look for an aspect between Venus and Mars and/or Moon and Mars.

Venus does not get to Mars so that is negative and Mars is critical. difficult to understand what it means this Mars moving into a new sign. Just from deducting logically, I would say that the new house is about to change into something else. Mars is also in the 5th house of the owner of the new place. Maybe the house goes to his kids? or being transformed into an office building when Mars gets to Saturn (his 10th house ruler). Just guessing here.
As Mars moves into a sign where he is peregrine, I suppose that you could make the house into anything you want it to be or the house does not have much character and you could change it into something more to your liking, like your recent home (I mean the deco, not the wurms). Moon wants to sextile Mars just before Mars moves into Virgo but is blocked by Mercury! There could be some legal problems and things you dont know about which come to light (Merc. rules 9th and 12th) which could make you decide not to move to the new house.Mars moving to Saturn could also mean (I think) having to do a bit of repairs to the new house or reconstruction of certain parts.

I also have a feeling that you will not move there. I have to make dinner now and will have a closer look later. Maybe I will see more.

Cheers, Starlink

Hi Starlink!

Thanks for relpying!

Mars moving into a new sign. Just from deducting logically, I would say that the new house is about to change into something else.

Yes, he called me after posting this chart. It is changing, they have added an extension to their house and are thinking of turning one of the rooms into an office maybe.

Mars is also in the 5th house of the owner of the new place. Maybe the house goes to his kids?

Interesting! They have two kids. He told me on the phone that they are going into one of the rooms, but I got the impression that this wasn't certain. It sounded like he was throwing ideas around.

We are going to meet on Thursday and have a chat, but I have a feeling too I won't be going there. With the legal problems, Merc ruling 12th and 9th, could be that they won't want me to claim housing benefit which I currently do.

Thanks for the analysis, you've been really helpful, I could never get all tha on my own :)

Hi I thought I'd update this one after all this time!
I didn't move after all, the new house seemed too unstable compared to the current one.
Thanks for all the replies :)
