err.... It's a beginner's question...

I've often see interpretation that says VOC..

This is something that I'm confused... How do I know if a moon is VOC in the chart?

In the astrologyweekly's definition it says

Definition

The term VOID OF COURSE refers to the condition of the Moon between the moment it performed the last major aspect with another planet in its current sign and the moment of stepping into the next sign.

The abbreviation of "void of course" is VOC.

Does it mean as long as the moon has an aspect with another planet, it is not VOC? But I've also read some interpretations which said if the moon doesn't have any aspects with the significators, it means the moon is VOC.

Pardon me if the question sounds too beginner..

Right.

Wrong. Any aspect with any planet counts.
