Hello! is there anyone out there who knows a bit about t squares? I already have a general idea on how they are interpreted so what I mean to find out is how someone would decipher mine... Oh yes and any other pointers in my chart would be much appreciated... :D
Hi Willow75. I look at the point opposite the apex planet as to the purpose/outlet for the t-square which in your case, Saturn is at the apex in the Sabian degree of 13 Cancer.
The opposite point would be 13 Capricorn in your first house. The Sabian reading for this degree is as follows:
283__(13°)
BENEATH SNOW-CLAD PEAKS A FIRE-WORSHIPPER IS MEDITATING Firm establishment upon immemorial principles. Consciousness of absolute unity. Depth of soul-penetration. Self-conquest.
___*When positive, the degree is extraordinary skill in enlisting every resource of the world for the exaltation of self and the consummation of its ambitions, and when negative, consistent overestimation of personal capacity.
I would reflect on this for awhile and see if opens any doors in your own interpretation.

willow,
Your T-square is a "pointer" to Cancer modifying Saturn (duty, also structure career - Saturn in the sign of its detriment - challenging energy) focused in the 7th house (Saturn in the house of its exaltation - strong energy). This suggests you focus strongly on being responsible and are interested in having a career. The challenge is how to use your structuring abilities so they help you and develop your career goals.

I've been wondering about the same thing myself. I have sun in Libra in 2nd house, moon in Aries in 8th house and Neptune in Capricorn in 4th house. Click here (http://photobucket.com/albums/b206/DeathOfUs/?action=view¤t=chart.jpg) to see my chart. Could someone interpret that? :?

missa,
You have a T-square focused on Capricorn (duty, also structure) modifying Neptune (spirituality, also confusion) focused in the 4th house (home, also emotions) near the 5th house (self-expresssion). This indicates a focus on a "structured" emotional, spiritual self-expression. The challenge is...how to structure spirit? Perhaps you have found some form of emotional self-expression that allows you to express the spirituality you have inside.
Spiritually,
Tim

I knew this Sabian symbol seemed familiar...my natal Neptune is almost exactly opposite the focal point your T-square!
I never tire of synchronicities

Well, I dont know about the responsibilty and career side of things as I am at a complete loss in which direction I should go now, having tried out a variety of jobs, alhtough this does seem to dominate my thinking nowadays.... I mean I have an urge to study and further myself. Perhaps this is my struggle until I find something I can resonate with and dedicate my time towards.
Any hints by viewing my chart as to which career direction I may be suited for? My MC is in libra, what does this indicate?
Thanks for the replies, Tim and Kite,
Anna

Hey Aquarian Maverick!
Just realised we share the same birthday too, April 5th, another fantastic synchronicity?!!

Hi Willow,
The way I work with the energy of my t-square is to allow the focal planet to bring the oppositions to the centrist position and work through the modality the t-square functions in to see where the similarities between the three planets/signs/houses are and where the differences are. I then try to coordinate the competing influences in such a way that harmonizes them into being used for my highest and greatest good.
Of course, my t-square's focal planet is a Leo Sun, which may make this easier for me to do. Your focal planet, Cancer Saturn, may not easily take on this role, especially since it is squaring your Aries Sun.

Willow,
Both Libra (the sign of your Midheaven (outer world) ) and 7th house (where your Saturn (duty, also career) are focused) are about "relationships." So you may want to start first by looking at careers that involve working directly with other people. Fortunately, many careers today require some type of teaming or working together, which should fit very well with your skills. The challenge of "relationships" energy is that it always sees BOTH sides of every question! For every "Yes, I want to do this," there is always a "But what about this problem with this career." To get around this, try out a career you are interested in and see what it is actually like.
And here is something else to think about in your career choice: you have Uranus (friends, also rebellion, other people's self-expression) conjunct (energy is combined with) Midheaven; and North node (future goals) focused in the 11th house (friends, also rebellion, other people's self-expression). This indicates you may have very strong feelings about your independence in the outer world and also might be interested in a career which involves helping others to develop and grow themselves...perhaps some type of "humanitarian" career.
Keep looking...the career answer that fits is somewhere WITHIN you and you will find it if you keep looking for it!
Careering,
Tim
