Is it possible to have Neptune and Uranus In 7th house progression?

I don't know if I'm reading this wrong, but it looks like my progression chart on the 7th House has Neptune and Uranus. Is that very bad? I read niether planet is good in the 7th House. I read Neptune is delusional and Uranus wants too much freedom.

Is it me?
I see Uranus in your 8th house cusp and Neptune in your 6th house. You could say they are both in the 7th house if you use 5 degrees rule but they are not in the 7th house, are they??
