Zoran Zivkovic, Serbian Prime Minister, leader of the Democratic Party - born on December 22, 1960, time unknown, in Nis, Serbia (43n19, 21e54).

Source: Alexander Imsiragic gives the time of 10.46, but is unable to cite the source. Astrologer Bata Stevancev from Novi Sad claims that Zoran Djindjic personaly gave away 11.00 CET as his birth time in the "Minimaxovizija" television show, on TV Pink, in the early 90's. Bata Stevancev watched the show himself.
